Leadership, accountability and camaraderie are the existing good quality among children may develop at their early stage. Children in their early stage tend to be very responsible enough to deal with responsibilities that are a point of their interest when they are among their peers. As such; leadership, the good command, and management takes a child to be more potential enough to develop such skills. Applying different activities to hone children’s hidden potential may of great help.

In connection with this, the Mohon Elementary School hosted the district-wide Joint BSP and GSP catering all the schools in the district of Tagoloan from the farthest barangay to the nearest. The faculty and staff, together with its stakeholders supported and participated the said soiree. A Narrative Report
MAPEH In-service Training for Teachers 2018
May 23 – 25, 2018
“The best training program in the world is absolutely
Worthless without the will to execute it properly,
Consistently, and with intensity” – John Romaniello
An educator needs to possess a myriad of characteristics in order to be effective. He or she must be creative, fair, caring, and intelligent, among numerous others. But most of all, teachers, in order to be exceptional, needs to believe that everyone of his/her pupils has the capability to excel in society. The teacher should work to make this not only a goal, but a reality every day they are inside of the four corners of the classroom. The teacher should provide the tools necessary so that the pupils will be able to learn and will have the capability to overcome obstacles they may encounter. An educator also needs to create a classroom environment where pupils of various backgrounds and diverse attitudes and characteristics can feel uninhibited to take risks. The teacher should strive to provide a learning environment where every pupil has the opportunity to be successful.

Along with the Division Memorandum of the Department of Education, Division of Misamis Oriental, the 2018 Summer In-service training for teachers should be conducted accordingly. Luckily, The district of Tagoloan held a subject area training and seminar for the teachers to get fueled and enhance their skills and to get ready for the opening of the school year 2018 – 2019.

Music. Arts. Physical Education and Health. These are the four domains consisting the subject MAPEH. During the three long days of training and seminar, the MAPEH teachers learned a lot of skills and ideas coming from the District Sports Coordinator Mr. Noel M. Bagayna -487680-48006000of Tagoloan Central School. He taught the whole class on how to use the musical instruments mainly on Bass and snare drums and lyre. He even made use of Pinikpikan, an ethnic musical group in Bukidnon to modern steps in dancing or popularly called Zumba. Explained the laws regarding sports and the use of Physical Fitness Test and proper hygiene tips. Thus, in the closing ceremony of the training and seminar, the MAPEH Teachers performed in front as a Drum and Lyre Corps.
Indeed, the MAPEH Teachers were equipped with new techniques styles and skills in teaching for the opening of the school year 2018 – 2018.
