Communication is very essential and to make it effective, one will have to clearly identify the kind of information to pass, the right persons involved (both sender and receiver), the accuracy of information (goals and expectations), and the kind of medium to be used.

Employers who invest time and energy into delivering clear lines of communication will rapidly build trust among employees, leading to increases in productivity, output and morale in general.
