Flourless Thumbprint Breakfast Cookies (Press the cookie): Cookies are just love! Prepare these cookies for your family and your children as well! It will maintain their sugar intake from the early age.
Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats, 1 cup mashed ripe banana, 3 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp fine grain sea salt, 8 tsp jam, and peanut butter.
Cooking Method: Add oats in a food processor and pulse until a coarse meal form is attained. Take a large bowl, add mashed bananas, processed oats, cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds in it and mix. With the help of an ice-cream spoon, scoop the dough into 10 mounds. With the help of your thumb, make a well in the middle of the mound and fill it with jam of your choice (raspberry would be ideal). Preheat the oven at 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
